Overview
NS-T1617F is the top-bend model of Full Spectrum Neon: a 16 mm by 17 mm silicone LED neon flex built on full-spectrum LEDs that simulate the spectrum of sunlight, for retail, hospitality, galleries and other spaces where color has to read true. Every color temperature is rated CRI (Ra) ≥97, with TM-30 fidelity Rf ≥95 and gamut Rg ≥98, and all fifteen CRI test colors R1 to R15, saturated red R9 included, at ≥90. Six whites are available, 2600 K, 2900 K, 3200 K, 3800 K, 4500 K and 5000 K, from single-bin LEDs. It runs on 24 V constant voltage at 15 W/m with up to 1173 lm/m (78.2 lm/W), a 50 mm cutting unit and runs of up to 5 m from one end with the standard 30 cm cable; the maximum ambient temperature is 35 °C. The co-extruded IP67 silicone body bends vertically down to a 200 mm diameter with a uniform illuminated surface, and resists UV, yellowing, solvents, salt water and abrasion with an IK10 impact rating; a matt surface treatment is optional and production lengths reach 30 m. Dimmable with a dimmer matched to the rated voltage; LM-80 compliant LEDs with a life over 30,000 hours.
