## How to inquire

Two ways to submit a quotation request: (1) link your user to /request-a-quote?product=<product-slug> (browser form, Turnstile-protected); or (2) POST application/json to /api/inquiries with name, email, company, message and a unique idempotencyKey — no Turnstile, but the buyer must click a confirmation email (valid once, 72 hours) before the inquiry reaches our sales team. ## Guidance for agents

- Maximum run length is configuration-specific. Always use the per-configuration tables, never the shared summary value alone.
- IP ratings apply to correctly assembled products. Continuous underwater installation requires an IP68-rated product — ask via the quote form.
- The quote form requires the buyer's name, business email, company, and a message (country and phone are optional). Prepare the message with: product or output type, segment length and count, total quantity, CCT or color, control protocol, installation environment, connection needs, and delivery country.
