1. About these terms

This website is operated by Shenzhen LEDYI Lighting Co., Ltd. (“LEDYI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in the People’s Republic of China under unified social credit code 9144030034262047XU. By using ledyi.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated, and the version published here is the one that applies.

2. What this website is — and what it is not

This site is an information and inquiry resource for lighting brands, distributors, specifiers, and project teams. It presents our LED strip and LED neon flex products, technical documents, and company information, and it lets you contact us.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a quotation, or a binding commitment. Product listings, specifications, and any indicative figures are for information only. A supply relationship begins only when we issue a written quotation, order confirmation, or contract, and the commercial terms of that document — including price, quantity, lead time, delivery terms, payment, warranty, and returns — govern the sale. Where those terms and these Terms of Use differ, the terms of the order document apply to the sale.

You do not need an account to use this site, and we do not sell or accept payment through it.

3. Product information and specifications

We work to keep product information accurate and current. Even so, specifications, photometric data, and product ranges are developed continuously and may change without notice, and typographical or transcription errors can occur. Product illustrations, renderings, and lighting photography are indicative, and printed or on-screen colour cannot be relied on as a colour match.

Values such as luminous flux, colour temperature, colour rendering, power draw, and ingress protection are typical values measured under stated laboratory conditions, and permissible tolerances apply. Ingress protection ratings apply to a specific model with the sealing and installation method we specify. Not every product, option, or accessory is available in every market.

Before you order, please confirm the specifications that matter to your project with us in writing. The figures in the quotation or order confirmation for your project are the ones we stand behind.

4. Technical documents and downloads

We provide specification sheets, photometric test reports, IES photometric files, certificates, and similar documents to support product selection and lighting design. Some are available directly; others are released after we review your request.

You may download, store, and share these documents, and use the data in them, for the purpose of selecting, designing, specifying, or installing LEDYI products. Please keep them intact and unaltered, and keep our name and any document reference and revision number with them. Do not present our data as your own, use it for a competing product, or edit a document in a way that changes its technical meaning.

Documents describe the product as configured at the revision shown. For a custom or private-label build, only the documents issued for that specific project apply.

5. Inquiries and quotations

When you send an inquiry or request a document, you agree to provide accurate contact and project information, and you confirm that you may share any information you send us.

Sending an inquiry does not create a contract or reserve stock or production capacity. We reply to inquiries as a normal part of doing business, and we may decline a request. We treat inquiry details as business information and handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The site and its content — including text, product data, photography, drawings, videos, layout, and software — together with the LEDYI name, logo, and product designations, are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law.

Beyond the document use described in section 4 and ordinary browsing, you may not copy, republish, adapt, or commercially exploit this content without our written permission. You may of course link to our pages.

7. Acceptable use and automated access

Please use this site lawfully and in a way that does not damage it, interfere with its operation or security, or impair anyone else’s use of it. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or the systems behind it.

Automated access is welcome within reason. We publish machine-readable versions of our public pages, a site index for automated clients, and a documented inquiry interface, and we invite AI assistants, procurement systems, and other automated clients to use them. Please identify yourself honestly, respect our published crawling rules, and keep your request volume reasonable. Automated inquiries must be genuine, must state that they are automated, and must give the details of the person or organisation on whose behalf they are sent.

8. Links to other websites

Our site links to websites and services operated by others, such as video platforms, testing laboratories, and certification bodies. We provide these links for convenience, we do not control those sites, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.

9. Availability, disclaimer, and liability

We aim to keep the site available and secure, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, or data, arising from your use of this website or reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Liability in connection with products we supply is governed by the quotation, order confirmation, or contract for that order, not by these terms.

Our products and technical data may be subject to export control, sanctions, and customs rules in China and in other countries. You agree not to use this site, our documents, or our products in a way that breaches those rules, and to obtain any licence or authorisation your own use requires.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes arising from your use of this website will be submitted to the competent people’s court in Shenzhen, Guangdong.

This applies to website use only. Disputes about a specific order are resolved under the law and forum stated in the quotation, order confirmation, or contract for that order.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
